"In 1971, the Waldos met one afternoon at 4:20 in the front courtyard of their school near the statue of Louis Pasteur. They set out in a '66 Impala armed with a "treasure map" on a journey to find a secret garden near Point Reyes. They met there at the same time every day and continued their quest. They never found the secret garden….But they keep lookin'. The dankest and hoppiest beer ever brewed at Lagunitas was made with help of the Waldos for all treasure hunters."
To The Pint
Jeremy - Lots of grapefruit, dank hops. Super hoppy, but perfectly balanced with a strong, sweet malt backbone. Alcohol is under the surface, but not too up front. Love this beer. - 10/10Gary - A very special ale. Smacks you across the face, hits you in the head, and kicks you in the balls with hops. Holds up very well. Sticky and dank. Fits right in with the Lagunitas style. - 10/10Keith - Something in the finish that I don't like. I love the malt sweetness and the richness. Bitterness up front and across the palate is great, but the finish isn't perfect. - 7/10Rob - Didn't get the beer somehow. He is drinking a Samuel Adams Chocolate Bock. - 8/10
Total: 9/10
