S02 E24 - STS Pils

BrTonight we start a series of beers from Northern California. First up is STS Pils from Russian River Brewing. They describe it like this:

STS Pils is a classic European style Pilsner. It is straw in color and often times will have a slight haze due to the fact that it is unfiltered. STS Pils is a hop forward pilsner with a mild malt foundation, strong lager yeast characteristic, and a dry, bitter finish.

To The Pint

Jeremy - They nailed this. This is a perfect Pilsner. The color, the balance of malt and hops, the finish…. This can't be any better. 10/10Gary - Probably the best Pilsner I have every had. I would go out of my way to get this. 10/10Keith  - I love Russian River, and if I wasn't already married, I would marry it and produce little hybrid beer-human babies.  10/10Rob - Predisposed to enjoying Pilsner.  9/10

Total Score: 9.75/10
